Trust, Security & Privacy

How TN Filings handles the information you share with us through this website and our compliance services.

Our commitment

This page is maintained by TN Filings to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and client services. It is editable project content — not an independent certification or third-party audit report.

What information we collect

Through our enquiry form we collect the details you submit: full name, mobile number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any message you choose to share. We also record the time of submission and basic technical context (IP address, browser user agent) to help us prevent spam and abuse.

How we use your information

We use the details you provide only to respond to your enquiry, deliver the compliance services you ask for, and stay in touch about ongoing filings. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Security controls

Enquiry submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed database with row-level security enabled. Public read, update and delete access to the enquiries table is explicitly denied — only authorised server-side code with a service credential can access submissions, and that credential is kept on the server and never shipped to the browser.

Subprocessors & integrations

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the site and respond to you: a managed database and hosting provider for storing enquiries, an email delivery provider for admin notifications, and WhatsApp for optional follow-up conversations you initiate. Each provider handles your data only to perform the service we have asked of them.

Retention, requests & contact

We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, or want us to update or delete it, email admin@tnfilings.in and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This page describes current practices and may be updated as our services evolve. It is not legal advice and does not constitute a formal certification or independent audit. For questions, contact admin@tnfilings.in.
